NatralzTruthz is an AI-powered verification platform that analyzes images, phone numbers, URLs, news content, emails, and video for potential misinformation, spam, phishing, or AI generation. Results are provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for any decision.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service
• One account per person — do not share accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NatralzTruthz to:

• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
• Circumvent usage limits or billing
• Submit content containing personal information of others without their consent
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

5. Accuracy Disclaimer

NatralzTruthz uses AI to analyze content and provides probabilistic results. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any analysis. Results should be treated as one data point among many and not as definitive conclusions. We are not liable for decisions made based on our results.

6. Subscription and Billing

• Free plans include 10 checks per month at no cost
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
• You may cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Refunds are issued at our discretion for billing errors

7. Intellectual Property

NatralzTruthz and its content are owned by us and protected by copyright. You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NatralzTruthz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
