Why is my check result inaccurate? +
Our AI provides probabilistic results, not definitive verdicts. Professionally edited photos, high-quality AI faces, and spoofed phone numbers can sometimes fool the detector. We recommend using our results as one signal among many, especially for borderline confidence scores under 70%.
Why didn't I receive my verification email? +
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, go to the login page and click "Resend verification email". Make sure you're checking the inbox for the email address you registered with.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
Log into your dashboard, click your plan badge in the top right, and select "Manage billing". This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel, change plans, or download invoices. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
My checks aren't showing in history. +
Click the Refresh button on the History tab. If checks still don't appear, try logging out and back in. Free plan history is limited to 7 days โ checks older than that are automatically removed.
Can I get a refund? +
We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you were charged in error or experienced a significant service outage, contact billing@natralztruthz.com within 7 days of the charge.
How do I report a bug or give feedback? +
Email us at support@natralztruthz.com with a description of the issue, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots are very helpful. We read every message.
