When you use NatralzTruthz, we collect:

Account information — your email address, name, and password (stored as a bcrypt hash)
Check history — the content you submit for analysis (images, phone numbers, URLs, text) and the results returned
Usage data — how many checks you've run, when you last logged in, and your subscription plan
Billing information — managed entirely by Stripe; we never store your card details
Technical data — IP address and browser user agent when you log in, used for session security

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the NatralzTruthz service
To send you transactional emails (verification, password reset, billing receipts)
To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse
To analyze aggregate usage trends and improve our AI models

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers who help us operate the platform:

Anthropic — processes content you submit for AI analysis
Stripe — handles payment processing
Supabase — hosts our database
Resend — sends transactional emails
Vercel / Railway — hosts our frontend and backend

4. Data Retention

We retain your check history for the duration defined by your plan (7 days for Free, 30 days for Pro, 90 days for Enterprise). Account data is retained until you delete your account. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including bcrypt password hashing, JWT session tokens, HTTPS encryption, and database access controls. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong unique password.

6. Your Rights

7. Cookies

We use localStorage to store your session token locally. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
